There is contact with the base in a corner, and there's evidence of paint transfer on the red oval. There's also a significant amount of glue on the handle's dividing element. Overall, it's not terrible, but the quality doesn't match the price.

The puzzles are excellent. However, I think they are very expensive, especially when considering what they are and the price of a standard baby puzzle featuring animals or fruit. This high cost is typical for products marketed as Montessori-aligned.

The product arrived eventually, exceeding the 3-month timeframe, and the 90-day buyer protection period had already passed. This delay is the reason for a 4-star rating. However, the product itself is of good quality considering its price. Fortunately, the baby still enjoys playing with it and hasn't become too old for it.
