The shoes look more appealing in the seller's photo. The foam padding in the back isn't fully inserted, so it will likely compress quickly and could rub the child's heel. We'll still use them. The size is accurate; they are NOT smaller than expected. My child usually wears a 28-29, and I ordered a 30 (which is currently too big).

The product matches its description, however, I believe I ordered a size larger than necessary. Overall, it's satisfactory. I would suggest this store to others.

The items are suitable for my child, which is good, however, I have been waiting for over four months. I initiated a dispute, but the seller has not refunded my money.
