The damage likely occurred during manufacturing rather than shipping, as the packaging appears intact in the provided images. This is a source of disappointment.

This is a very good phone cover. It combines silicone with what seems to be tempered glass on the back. The wood print design is attractive. The cutouts align perfectly. I recommend this seller.
