The received parcel was well-packed and delivered quickly within Italy. The cover is rubbery but not bulky, and it's neat, featuring a black edge with silver and red accents.

The protective covering was creased, resulting in visible fold marks. It seems she doesn't fully integrate the phone into her life, perhaps because of how it's used.
