I purchased two of these items, and they arrived individually sealed in plastic ziplock bags. Made of stainless steel, they are dishwasher safe. Each one weighs 13 grams. They function well with liquids. I combine two together to increase the weight when mixing muffin dough in a shaker. This method is effective. I endorse both the product and the vendor.
