Well packaged although should put more bubble wrap on the item for greater protection, and the product is the same as the description.

The product arrived quickly! It looks decent and the tea brews well, BUT the whole thing gets extremely hot! 🤷

The dimensions don't match what was advertised, and the strainer isn't the same as in the pictures. However, the glass appears to be sturdy; I just need to test it with boiling water.
