This is a very cute, fully functional phone. It's (unimaginable) for retail. The sound quality is excellent, 1A. The person speaking is also heard perfectly, 1A! Highly recommended. It can use 2 SIM cards. The battery needs the film removed to start. The battery was already fully charged! I received it immediately, without a manual. The phone has an internal key lock and is like an old Nokia. To unlock: push the far left button up, then the same left button below the star button. It functions well as a working phone. I haven't tested ringtones or Bluetooth, etc. Thank you

The phone is indeed small, which is ideal for my intended purpose. However, after a month of use, the battery has swollen, and the phone's back cover no longer closes properly.
