Customer care and packaging are excellent, earning a five-star rating. The product offers many interesting effects. I'm currently learning how to use it because there are no included instructions. Apparently, simply placing the prisms in windows isn't the correct method. For the most impressive light-catching results, I suggest selecting the larger, more popular prism. (•‿•)
